New Year 2016 Greetings

Every end marks a new beginning. The New Year is the time of unfolding horizons and the realization of dreams. While you are enjoying the celebration of the New Year, this January issue of Webline would like to grasp your attention to the development of mini-MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) in the Vocational Training Council (VTC).
