What is Positive Psychology?


Norman Vincent Peale, the author of ‘The Power of Positive Thinking' once said, “Change your thoughts and you can change your world”. What does it mean?  

In positive psychology, we adopt the saying that be careful about what you think for your thoughts become your words; be careful about what you say for your words become your actions; be careful about what you do for your actions become your habits; be careful about your habits for your habits determine your character, and that is what determines your future...
