About the Event :

In this workshop, participants will learn the  knowledge and skills for preparing student workplace readiness and equipping them with skills necessary to navigate the workforce. Coaching skills would be introduced. Participants would be able to identify possible difficulties that students face in workplace and adapt skills for preparing and supporting students in work-based learning.

Intended Learning Outcomes :

On completion of the workshop, participants will be able to:

- identify possible difficulties that students face in work-based learning; and

- discuss appropriate coaching skills to prepare and support students in the school-to-work transition.
