About the Event :

“Assignment” activity in Moodle is used to distribute assignments to students and collect their submissions in an e-format. During the class suspension period in VTC, quite a number of enquiries on “Assignment” were received. In response to this, various assignment specifications, including video assignments, allowing resubmissions before the deadline, granting late submissions, as well as downloading student assignments for marking will be the focuses of this webinar. Through live-demonstration, teachers will be more familiar with the creation of an assignment activity in Moodle which aligns with the assignment requirement of our programmes.

Objectives :

The objectives of this webinar are to:

1. introduce various specifications of Moodle assignments, including video assignments; 
2. demonstrate the assignment resubmission and late submission functions; and
3. illustrate the way to download student assignments for marking.
