In your class, have you ever encountered a situation that a student is shy, passive and less-spoken, but achieves good results on individual assignments? On contrary, how will you react to a student who is talkative and like drawing your attention all the time? In this workshop, participants are provided with simple behavioural model, DISC Personality SystemTM, to understand the behavioural style of the students, which could also help appreciate and accept the behavioural styles that differ from one another. By understanding the needs of students, teacher could better communicate and teach them. Participants can apply effective lesson planning strategies to prepare lessons to enhance learning experience and create a harmonious class atmosphere.
