About the Event :

In today's highly interconnected world, the indispensable currency for achieving remarkable success rests upon nurturing and harnessing the power of Relationship Quotient (RQ).  This webinar will provide an overview of the key attributes of RQ and introduce the "Six A's of Positive Parenting" asserted by the renowned expert in child education, Josh McDowell.  Participants will discover how the development of RQ can enhance self-awareness and elevate better relationships with students, thereby creating a supportive and harmonious learning and work environment.

Ms Scarlett Tsoi

Ms Scarlett Tsoi is one of the Principal Trainers of the Hong Kong Society of Professional Training (HKSPT) with more than 10 years of teaching experience on various topics.  She is a counsellor, trainer, personal brand consultant, corporate consultant, life coach and expert of parent-child relationship.

Scarlett had been invited to give workshops to VTC all staff on communication skills and rapport building, which were highly praised by participants as revealed in the feedback.

Objectives :

The webinar aims to enable participants to have a better understanding of the Relationship Quotient (RQ) so as to enhance interpersonal skill, elevate better student-teacher relationship and intensify students' learning motivation.
