About the Event :

This workshop on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) provides hands-on experience and an in-depth understanding of real-world RPA applications. Specifically, the workshop will focus on automating communication and administrative duties.

Participants will practise using Power Automate Desktop, an RPA tool, for activities like web scraping. For example, they can automate attendance checking and sending bulk messages. This firsthand experience demonstrates how RPA streamlines routine work and significantly improves efficiency in student communication.

The workshop will also cover using RPA to handle Excel-related teaching duties, such as mark entry. Participants will learn to customise flow templates to cater to specific formats.

This hands-on workshop is more on doing instead of one-way learning. By the end of the workshop, participants will have sharpened their RPA skills. The workshop empowers them to take back control of their time and focus more on their core responsibilities as educators.
