About the Event :

In this workshop, participants will learn the knowledge and skills for preparing student workplace readiness and equipping students with skills necessary for them to navigate the workforce.  Coaching skills will also be introduced.  By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to identify possible difficulties faced by students in the workplace and demonstrate basic skills for preparing and supporting students for work-based learning.

Intended Learning Outcomes :

On completion of the workshop, participants will be able to:

- identify possible difficulties faced by students in work-based learning; and

- demonstrate appropriate coaching skills to prepare and support students in the school-to-work transition.
