About the Event :

This workshop aims to introduce the concept of positive psychology and explore ideas of enhancing students' resilience. Positive health is a core element of positive education. It includes internal resources and external resources. If students can build up these resources, they can enhance their resilience to face different challenges. In this workshop, participants will experience how to apply the concept of positive education into practice. Through several experiential activities, participants can learn different ways to strengthen the resilience for students.

Facilitator(s) :

Mr Kwok Kai Chun Remus (Registered Social worker)

Mr Kwok is the Project Officer of Positive Education Laboratory, Department of Applied Social Sciences of the City University of Hong Kong. He has been delivering Positive Education trainings and providing supports to non-governmental organisations and local schools since 2013.
