About the Event :
This workshop aims to promote positive emotion through humorous presentation. Vivek, a popular local comedian, will introduce different methods of writing jokes to promote positive feeling in classroom. This practical workshop will explore some elements in humorous speeches and how they can be applied in daily conversations. The speaker will start with an exploration of what humor is and then look at the break down of a joke into funny elements. The seminar ends with general presentation skills required in comedy and humorous speeches.

Mr Vivek Mahbubani
Mr Vivek Mahbubani is a popular local comedian, performing in both English and Cantonese. He was crowned 2007 Chinese and 2008 English Funniest Comedian in Hong Kong and had been the host of the TV series “Hong Kong Stories”《香港故事》 by RTHK. He appeared in a cameo role for the movie “All's well, ends well 2009” 《家有囍事 2009》 and is a headliner at TakeOut Comedy Club Hong Kong.
