About the Event :

In your class, have you ever encountered the situation that a student is shy, passive and less-spoken, but who has good achievement in individual assignment? Contrary, how will you react to a student who is talkative and like to draw your attention all the time? In this workshop, participants are provided with simple behavior model, DISC Personality SystemTM, to understand the behavioral style of the students, which could also help appreciate and accept the behavioral styles that differ from one another. By understanding the needs of students, teacher could better communicate and teach them. Participants can apply some effective lesson planning strategies to prepare lessons with valuable learning experiences and harmonious class atmosphere.
