About the Event :

To learn how to apply the science of Positive Psychology to improve psychological wellbeing for both teachers and students. Through increasing teachers' positive emotions, engagement, relationship, meaning and sense of achievement in their teaching career, the workshop aims to assist them to role-model the wellbeing principles in their interaction with students in class.

Intended Learning Outcomes :

On completion of the workshop, participants would be able to:

  • apply the concept of Positive Psychology in education; 
  • identify the PERMA Model and six wellbeing strategies for teacher and student; and 
  • adopt six experiential exercises to increase positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and a Sense of Achievement in classroom.
