About the Event :

Using video and audio in learning and teaching has become popular nowadays. Students can digest the lecture content better by viewing the videos at their own pace anytime anywhere. This workshop aims to equip participants with underpinning knowledge of using online video in learning and teaching and introduce the freeware “Zaption”. “Zaption” provides an interactive video tool and ready-to-use video lessons to engage learners. Participants are also provided with hands-on experience with “Zaption” in adding interactive elements, such as images, texts, questions and even drawings into the existing online videos.

Intended Learning Outcomes :

On completion of the workshop, participants would be able to:

• apply the key principles of using online video to facilitate students' learning; and 
  
• create an interactive video with “Zaption” using a variety of multimedia.
