About the Event :

Frontline teachers may encounter challenging situations caused by students with difficult personalities in their daily teaching. Sometimes these situations can be complicated by our lack of understanding of the difficult personalities, emotional reactions or inappropriate actions. This workshop aims to equip teachers with knowledge and skills to become more confident in handling students with difficult personalities.

Facilitator(s) :

Annie Lau

Intended Learning Outcomes :

On completion of the workshop, participants would be able to:

  •  identify the characters and preferences of ten difficult personalities;
  • heighten the awareness of self-emotion facing challenging situations; and
  • develop appropriate communication strategies to handle students with difficult personalities.
