About the Event :

“How could teachers engage students in communication?” Storytelling could be a tool, a competency or a strategy to the question. A story provides a variety of sensory language presented in a way that the listener could quickly and easily internalise the materials, comprehend it and create meaning from it. More and more people are recognising that storytelling is more than a presentation skill. A well-crafted story could enhance teachers' relationship with students and motivate them. This workshop will discuss the core elements and structures of stories; share tips of enhancing stories and provide exercises to participants.
