About the Event :

A syllabus should be a well-written document containing sufficient information to enable communication between students, teachers and the institution about the expectation of a course. This workshop introduces the concepts for writing a well-organised and coherent syllabus. The facilitator will walk participants through the various sections of a common syllabus, with the application of relevant concepts for making the syllabus a more valuable tool in any class.

On completion of the workshop, participants would be able to:

  • identify essential features and important components of a well-organised and coherent syllabus; and 
  • review a syllabus with the concepts introduced in the workshop.
